Degreed Master Artisan from the Academie de Versailles in France, studied under the Champion French Pastry Chef in Paris before coming to Michigan to practice his craft at the Ritz Carlton - after which he opened his own Patisserie & Crepêrie in Downtown Birmingham, Michigan.
